The pressure wasn't as strong as I'd like it. Still it's good for my upholstery and curtains, ect,ect..

I love how lightweight this is! It's so easy to use. This is my first steam cleaner and I'm not going back to my mop. I was highly skeptical, especially since it's a renewed product. Putting it together was easy. I didn't even have to look at the instructions. Anyway with a house full of animals and kids I see this being a life saver

I’m buying this item again because my dog destroyed the one I had this product is amazing and I love the flexibility its components provide. I used it for steam cleaning my floor, kitchen, dog kennel and to detail my cars. I purchased the Amazon Renewed/refurbished on just to save $20, I mean who wouldn’t want to save $20 on any purchased but I most say upon receiving the replacement product which came in as a Certified Amazon Renewed the first thing I noticed was the bottom of the mop frame broken leaving me very unhappy with the purchased because it doesn’t clean as the old one did.

I ordered this product because it was advertised as easy, quick & high quality steam mop to use on the floors. The assembly was too complicated and when we finally assembled it, the mop didn't work. As instructed, I pressed the right button after which the light were supposed to stop blinking and selection was supposed to have blue light. As soon as I selected, the selection held for 1 second & switched back to blinking blue light. The water was warm and the attachment for corners worked too but not the main unit. The connection between the steamer and mop itself appears to be clogged. I don't order items from amazon just to start repairing them. The items must be new & in perfect working order. Otherwise, it's fraud and false advertising. The experience was very aggravating. Will never order from this company again. Also, will cancel my Amazon Prime. The quality and customer support is getting worse and worse.

The mop was delivered on time and with everything in working condition. The steam has a lot more pressure than I expected! Especially with the steam shot attachment. The water cup was also pretty ergonomic, too. I was initially nervous because I don’t recognize this brand, but I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of this product!

So far it works well on my wood floors!

Mop was esy to assemble and came with more than I expected. East to use. Would suggest a bag or container to hold accessories when not in use.

The mop was easy to assemble and operate. Cleaned my dusty floors and furniture without me having to be on my hands and knees. Would recommend this product!
