I got fed up using normally hair brushes on mine and my daughters hair to the point we where losing quite abit due to pulling and knots, saw this hair brush and thought would give it a go, I must say as soon as used it I was in love, there was no pulling no losing hair and felt great on the scalp, my 3year old daughter is very happy with it as its not pulling her hair and she's not crying and trying to get away like she did with the normal brushes, Iv already recommended to a friend of mine who's daught has thick wavey hair and she also struggles, definitely worth it in my opinion
