I have been wearing sleep masks for a few years now and would not be without one. As soon as I put on my mask I start to feel sleepy quite quickly and it really helps me sleep. I really love these masks in particular, because they don't have the adjustable clip on the side, which always dug in my head, so these elastic masks are amazing. So comfortable and not too tight. I have bobbed hair so I put the strap right under my hair at the hairline, this stops the marks on my hair and makes it stay in place. I have ordered another one of these so I never left without one. Highly recommend the dark colours, because no matter how much you wash your eye makeup off there is always remnants on the inside of the mask. Love these.

I have been having problems sleeping so I've been searching for an eye mask in the hope that it might help. I was attracted to this product because reviews said it was silky and good value for money and indeed it is.Feel so soft and luxurious and it's lovely to wear - not too tight for the head and slips over the eyes in a comforting way.When wearing it I do feel more relaxed so the chances of drifting off into a lovely sleep are higher. I have also found it helpful to wear above my eyes on my brow as a way to decrease forehead lines, strange though that may sound - when it's placed across the forehead it's calming and soothing and soft.Not ideal if you have false eyelashes because it can press the eyelashes into the eye and cause soreness. I know this because my sister borrowed the eye mask and tried it and it didn't work with her false eyelashes. And if you have long eyelashes it's a good idea to slide the mask down so your lashes lay flat against your under eye area. Bear this in mind because if the mask pushes the lashes into the eyeball you can get soreness or possible infections.I like this mask so much it might be finding its way into people xmas stockings this year - it does feel soft and it does feel luxurious and it is good value for money.
