I have been using these to sew masks, and this elastic is definitely my favorite that I've used. It isn't too strongly elastic or too thick so it doesn't hurt or pull your ears, and there's a lot more of it on the spool than I was expecting to get. I also took advice from another review and seal the cut ends of the elastic with a lighter, which works really well.I do like the metal nosepieces, though they are essentially metal "stickers" that come on a sheet with an adhesive side. I have been sticking two together sticky-side-in and slipping them inside the masks instead of sticking them to the outside with the adhesive.Overall I really like this elastic and it's enough to last a long time.

I missed the description that this was for mask only which I don’t think was in the description. I bought it to make dolls which the elastic will work fine but it can’t be used for clothing.

I liked that the picture didn't disappoint. Very comfortable around the ears.

This was an amazing purchase. I use it for ear pieces on face masks. The cord is soft and sturdy. It does not irritate your skin and is rather comfortable. It's much thicker than previous cord I've purchased. It holds its strength even if heat touches it. The large spool allows you to cut whatever length needed.

This was a reorder but it's a defective roll. Started out soft like all the others and then became thinner and more dense. The other rolls would have gotten 5 stars for comfort.
