Defected piece, need it to be exchanged.. otherwise a good product!
The chair is a good product over all..but mine is a little damaged..a little cut in the upholstery part and a piece that goes is assembling is broken. I have requested for return but no one has come in a week to collect

Quality not upto mark. More of a first copy.
Chrome on the rod and on the base is not of good quality. The chair looks more like a first copy. Doesn't seem like original finch fox. Checkout on youtube how finch fox chairs look. Assembly is super easy and comfort wise its good.

Good but buttons come off
The chair is nice but its buttons on seat came off within 3-4days.

Ok product but over priced. Right price should be around 3000. Cushion is very less, it could be more comfortable. If I would've seen this before buying I wouldn't have paid 4700 for this product
