ARCTIC SILVER Artic Silver 5 Thermo Paste- 3.5 g Syringe

I read good things about Artic silver thermal paste, hence the purchase. I purchased as I needed to reapply paste to a cpu I had cleaned after removing a cooler. I haven't bench-marked the system after use so I can't say for sure that cpu cooling is better, but that wasn't my aim. I've had no problems since applying and application was easy, so in that regard I'd be happy to recommend.

i used this on my Macbook Pro 2011 this has lower the temperature a little, but still reach 100 C every now and then

I would suggest it, my laptop stop overheating, cooler system was locked as usual too and I am not sure overheating won't come back.
