Recommended reading for digital marketers
I used this alongside my CIM Digital Strategy module - and because I'm a bit of a Dave Chaffey stalker - and it did not disappoint. It's been a great tool both as a text book and as an encyclopedia to dip in and out of as I need to. Very well structured and far easier to follow than many other marketing text books I own!

Just what I needed!
I read this for the Digital Marketing module of the CIM Level 4 Certificate in Professional Marketing. It covers all areas digital marketing with case studies, current examples. Useful for both theory and application. Highly recommend!

Good for scholars and students
Surely it is a very well written book with a strong academic perspective. For scholars and students it’s probably a 5-star book. However, I don’t think this book would satisfy marketing managers o entrepreneurs who look for a practical book about digital marketing, that can help with step by step guidance.

Packed with info
Got this for my Digital Marketing diploma - a ton of info with lots of cross referencing and further information and resources links. Well worth it for consolidating what you learn on the CIM course.

Battered book, not new more like nearly new
Yet to read, however disappointed that a nearly £50 book arrived looking nearly new and a bit battered rather than brand new :(Will update review once read as part of my studies.
