It is a basic computer but the price felt right for the product that you get. I got this for my sister in law she is in university and told me that it works great. She loves it so much and it looks lovely. Def. Recommend

This is NOT a touchscreen unit. But it’s a Great laptop!
The media could not be loaded. I use this laptop for work-related computing, like creating documents, excel spreadsheets, and the internet. I’m not techie, so I was happy to get the input from my techie friends. I just know what I need. It was budget-friendly (less than $500) and I anticipate to have it last a few years. I got the 2019 school edition of MS Office which is Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, from a different site. I’ve had the Laptop since end of October 2021, and pretty satisfied with my purchase. If you’re looking for a laptop to do work or school-related stuff, this is a great laptop for you. I can’t speak to its functionality for gaming, bc I’m not a gamer =P, but the camera quality is good for zoom calls and even taking pictures. The sound it produces from YouTube or any other music is good. However, (and it could be an internet issue), my zoom calls (while clarity of picture is good), the calls can be glitchy— speed up or freeze — again, I don’t know if that’s a laptop issue or an internet issue, or a zoom issue, but I tend to do zoom calls from my iPhone. Does the job….
This review is not from a gamer or a video clip arranger but from a person that just needed a laptop for mobility purposes. This was my choice because it came with Windows 10 but contrary to the description it was in S mode…no big deal to flip it back to the home edition. I had a few laptops over the years and I will say that this is basic but fast, fast startup and the battery seem to be adequate. Without data on hand I will also say that it has a fast charge up time. The only dislike is the keyboard as it is grey on grey with no backlight so it my be a little hard to see but beside that it accomplishes what it needed for.

Perfect for me.
This laptop is lightweight, fast, and has a really good-quality screen. I am a writer, not a gamer, so this was great right out of the box. Downloads are fast so I already have most of the software I use for writing and publishing. Windows 10S took a few minutes to figure out, but it's no problem. I will re-set it to 10S when all of the software I use had been loaded. I highly recommend this laptop to anyone who, like me, will use it for cruising the internet and for personal projects.
