Included everything as listed in the ad! The edges of the banner tattered a little after opening, but were easily trimmed. Great deal for an entire photo backdrop. We used it for my puppies first birthday, because he's "mommys little pumpkin"!

The "1" Mylar Balloon arrived with a defective seam on the side, close to the top, that let the helium escape. Since it was the day of my daughter's birthday, we obviously couldn't re-order, and I didn't have any tape handy to try and repair. There also wasn't any ribbon to use on the latex balloons or garland.

I used these decorations for my sons first birthday party. We had a pumpkin theme and these fit perfectly. The banner was so cute and had a homemade look yet was much cheaper than buying from a crafting site. They held up well even though it was extremely windy outside the day of his party.

I end up using only the balloons. Not good quality, some balloons break when blowing and the rest of the decorations were not cute at all.

The fringe took forever to put together! Turned out super cute though.

I only received some plain yellow and orange balloons and the tassels to put together. No “one” banner. So I got a pretty pitiful pack of decorations for a first birthday party.
