Overall, great lock and not hard to install. No issues with bluetooth and keypad sensitivity.I've read through reviews and a lot of people seem to have a hard time with the install.. which was not the case for me. The instructions are easy understand and has pictures with labels of what screws go where, what part goes where, etc. I have installed a couple other locks on front doors before, so that may be why, but it really isn't that bad. It took me about half an hour to take my old lock off and install this one.The bluetooth feature is pretty good, but not as good as if it were wifi. As many stated, you cannot be at another location (away from home) and have this lock/unlock. Rather, think if it as another set of keys.. in case you forget the 6 digit passcode or the actual keys itself. The app was easy to install and use. Overall very satisfied with the extra bluetooth option.The keypad itself looks very sleek, and the numbers don't show until you slide your fingers on the surface. The keypad is sensitive enough even in cold weather (36*F). No issues with getting in nor locking the door.The key hole was a little tricky to open at first. You need to press the top with your finger until the bottom slightly raises, then you just lift up the bottom. You need to almost pull them apart as it is held together by a couple magnets (the two circles next to the key hole in image).Other than that, it's like any other keypad. No issues yet, but I'll update if anything does come up. I would recommend at this point.

I received this lock very quickly from Amazon. The lock is packed very well and arrived in excellent condition.The lock installs well on the new lock situation and where there has been a deadlock bolt prior. I replaced a prior deadbolt installation where holes were drilled, and this fit right in.When installing, read the instructions well before the start. (The instructions for the left and right door installation are the same and probably there would be a better way to explain, as the printout is the same for both installations, except the title they do not show a reverse of the doors, they are both for right door opening. I used my phone to take a picture and blow the instructions.I laid out the lock on the counter before any attempt to install it. I loaded the batteries, downloaded the application, and paired the Bluetooth to make sure all worked. (it did) It also helped to make sure the knob worked properly. (there is a lock lever attached to the outside of the door that activates the lock that has to be in the correct position to make sure the knob will unlock the door.)I had to take a second to understand how to expand the “Door Latch body”, but it is a simple push and twist, and it expands to the longer throw that I needed.It took a little thought to accomplish the installation because of the rubber blanket (it kept slipping) that is used for a better mounting option. I eventually used double-sided tape to attach the Rubber Blanket to the door in the exact place I wanted the outside of the lock placed.It was rather easy to mount the lock on the door and since I had already activated the Bluetooth, it stayed paired.The lock is as advertised. There are three ways to lock and unlock the lock. All work well. I was able to set and change codes easily. It is easy to give codes to people you want to enter without being home as well as track their times.I found using the phone was not my best option, it was easier to push buttons. I eventually used the application to set the automatic locking on the lock. To use Bluetooth, one must be rather close. I found about 15 feet away was the most the Bluetooth worked. I was not able to connect the lock to the home wi-fi or the Alexa or Google Assistant, but I may not be technologically advanced enough.All in all, the lock is as advertised on Amazon. It is easy to install if you follow the instructions carefully. When done, you will have better security.RRR

This lock has a solid construction and a sleek look. The keypad lights up as soon as you touch it. The locking procedure from outside when leaving the house is very quick as it only takes one button. The code is a 6 digit number followed by the "#" key which makes it very secure. The installation was as easy as any other door knob with the only exception being locking direction that needs to be looked at closely before installation to properly setup the locking/unlocking motor. The package comes with a new door frame plate for the lock bolt to slide into in case your old one doens't perfectly align. New plate and all the screws needed came with the lock. Good quality parts as well, including the plate screws that perfectly worked around the existing holes in the door frame.The app is also very easy to install and use with clear instructions. The only reason I gave 4 stars on the install part was the fact I had to play around with the dead bolt alignment with the door for a while as an automatic lock needs to slide in and out without any resistance or jamming or it will alarm but not really lock the door. The whole installation start to finish took less than 30 minutes including the family members training. A good purchase.

This lock is fantastic and does exactly what I’ve needed it to do.It came packaged beautifully and securely. It was easy to install but you do need to read and follow the instructions.The lock itself is a very sleek and modern design that will look great on any door. I personally like how clean and sleek it looks. I also found the app associated with the lock very easy to use and understand.You can use the key, the keypad, or Bluetooth to lock and unlock which I like having all three options. I can unlock it in the car before getting out which makes carrying in groceries or anything else super easy, otherwise I mostly have been just using the keypad. It nice that you can use the physical key just case anything ever happens.Overall I am extremely pleased with this purchase and plan to get another one for our other doors as well.
