Yes I would greatly support this CD prior to knee surgery. I myself had a total knee replacement and only wish I had it prior to my surgery I believe I would have had better outcomes...I actually got the CD 9mos post my surgery looking for better flexibility and strength...now 3 mos later I am moving w ease and have restored confidence in my new knee. Hope this helps.... again I wish I had found this program months BEFORE my surgery....best of luck with your surgery

Thanks for reaching out with your question. Arthritis is probably the most common cause of knee and hip pain that we see in our clients. This program was designed to address that exact issue by introducing you to very gentle exercises to strengthen the hip and knees, ultimately lessening the daily pain you experience. The program starts off very basic and gradually becomes more challenging so you can progress at your own pace. We always encourage people to consult with their physician before starting new exercise programs as sometimes physical therapy is needed first although we do have many physicians who refer patients to this program in place of physical therapy.
