PURE SUPPORT Compression Knee Sleeve - Best Knee Brace for Meniscus Tear, Arthritis, Quick Recovery, etc. - Ideal for Running, CrossFit, Basketball and other Sports - Single Wrap I bought two of these about a month ago. I thought they'd be OK for the job, but am I ever impressed and that takes a lot when it comes to things like this. I need to have one for each knee and they are lightweight, fit evenly without bunching, and will absolutely NOT roll down from the top. I weigh about 10.5 stone and bought the large size so I could wear them over long underwear. I tend to wear these at night as they are very comfortable and keep my knees supported so they don't twist when I turn over. They do not sweat (this is February right now), but if they did I have some 'liquid' baby powder I can put on if needed.If I have having a painful day, I wear them UNDER a set of support neoprene knee wraps from my physio that are pliable and breathe (the ones with the hole over the kneecap). Even with the two layers, I am comfortable enough to walk my regular 2 miles a day. They do not pinch! Otherwise, I just wear the neoprene ones which have a nice cushy feel to them. Then wear the Pure ones at night. They wash very well and go back to their original shape if I have had them stretched over the long johns. If it's not such a cold day, I slip some compression stockings over my knees which I have cut off at the shin. Feels good. But they are fine on their own if you don't need added warmth.Hopefully they will do the job and once my dodgy knees are better, I will only need them for maintenance during the day and can discontinue using the supports from my physio. They are not ugly, and if wearing shorts, I'd feel OK about them showing. Or if I wear thin joggers, I will put them on the outside.If I lose more weight, down to 10 stone, I might try the medium size if these lose their elasticity. But looking at the inner structure, I don't think that will happen any time soon!Well worth the £12 price for each... this is a well-made product and I can only recommend you try one yourself!

Really comfortable to wear for both cycling and running.It feels really secure and helps support against lateral movement around the knee.I’ve even recommended it to friends since using it.

Good bit of gear, light and comfortable, easy to get on and stays in place well. Better than others I have.

Brilliant item and definitely worth the money only thing I would suggest is could do with a lager size for bigger size people but otherwise genuinely can't vault the item as once put on instantly release of presser on the knee

Followed the instructions, measured up and ordered the L size. The size is too tight for the measurements given. Good support but it's really uncomfortable to wear for more than 10-15 min.

I was sceptical at first having a number of alternatives for my knee in the past . But the support provided by this product is brilliant , its tight enough to give me the support required without cutting off the circulation to my leg . Am not a sportsman or athelete , but a middle age man that loves DIY , but using steps or ladders is excruciating painful . But by using this support on my worst knee ,climbing ladder made this ten times easier to bear, with no gritted teeth lol . You also receive nice simple instructions on how to fit the brace , which most businesses seem to forget to include and also a nice Thank you card from the two owners ( one of which is his 3 year old daughter ) . I had been that impressed by not only the product , but the welcoming from a company , that i brought another support for my other knee , so it didn't feel left out .

I am waiting for a new knee operation & this support makes my knee a lot more comfortable I highly recommend this product it is the second one I've purchased

I've been using a brace with straps to help with my arthritic knee, this allowed me to do my daily 8/10 km walks with only mild discomfort but was looking for something less bulky.After a great deal of deliberating and reading of countless reviews I finally decided to give this knee sleeve a try.My thigh measured 49 cm and I went for a large to give more compression.The product is made of good quality materials but did start bobbling during/after first use ,this has not got any worse and is easy to ignore. I have been using it daily for the past week on a mixture of tarmac and woodland paths and have found the sleeve to be very good at supporting my knee and also giving great stability and compression. The only downside has been that it rolls and slips down. [ with the straps coming to rest on or just above my knee cap at the front and worst of all into the flesh at the back of my knee, which is very uncomfortable.] Hence the 3 stars for comfort. If the rolling /slipping was to be sorted out it would be 4.5 / 5 product.
