Two cord choices. I very much appreciate the thicker, heavier red cord as it gives a better feel during use.Cord swivels easily.The supplier gives advice re exercising: they said for beginners start with 1 minute! If you’re a beginner, 1 minute is far too much. 30 second skip then 30 second rest and I do this for fifteen minutes. Prior to starting skip routine, 4 minutes of jogging, jumping on the spot. After skipping, a few minutes cool down stretches but really 1 minute for a beginner is too much.

I have now used this rope for the last two years and it is by far the best rope I have used. The option to use either the light rope or heavy rope and you can use it with weights in the handles or take them out gives a lot of options for variation.Having used the rope in different locations and on different surfaces, occasionally dropping the handles whilst trying tricks. I have found that they are very hard-wearing and great value for money. You won't find another bearing or weighted rope at this price with this level of quality.This is now my go-to rope, I would struggle to use any other brand and I recommend it to anyone looking for a good rope. An excellent rope at a low price from a great company that goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service.Some advice I would give for using it - Make sure you are measuring it at the right length for you, and if you are new to skipping you might find it easier to learn by starting slow with the weighted rope as you can feel where the rope is in the air vs the thinner rope that comes in the package.

Great rope set, worth the premium price tag. Good weight on the handles, and one solid weight in each handle feels great and the wrap feels very luxury. Great bearings, if you hang the handle and spin it, it will go for days. Have only used the red rope as yet but its brilliant great thickness and its solid all the way through.Bad sides, ive noticed when i jump at a lower pace, the clip system wobbles slightly but its not too bad. Its incredibly smooth at medium to fast pace And a few times if i miss a skip the metal ends of the rope hit my knuckles drawing blood once. But im a big lad so ill get over it. So watch for that.Overall best rope ive used, previous have been a cheap plastic then a weighted boxers leather rope that i loved prior to this. Its very long, so i keep taking an inch or so until i get it to the correct length, i dont want to cut too much off at once.I feel its taken me from beginner level up to early intermediate, 2 days from this rope and ive progessed loads, learning and sustaining maybe 4 or 5 new skipping techniques/stances.

The media could not be loaded.  I have been skipping for years as part of my boxing routine and just for fun, and this rope by Valour Strike is by far the best I have come across. Other ropes have always ended up being a disappointment. Either the quality of the rope itself has been poor, making it too prone to wear and tear (especially when skipping on concrete), the handles have slipped off too easily during speed skips, or the length of the rope has been too short (meaning it catches far too easily on the feet), to name a few.What I love most about the Valour Strike rope is the quality of the rope itself and weighted handles. As you can see in my video the handles have a robust grip on the rope, meaning it is secure and you won't have to worry about it coming apart in your hands. Also, the rope is the perfect length, meaning it comfortably slips right under the feet so you have fewer stop-starts during your practice. On top of this you are provided with two ropes; the black rope is the thinner one, for when you want to focus on cardio and even speed-skipping. The red one is a thicker rope, which creates more air resistance during each rotation so that you are forced to work the upper body muscles more, making for a cardio/strength workout. It's a great way to vary your exercise.I have been using these ropes for almost a year now and they're still in excellent condition. Great product.

I have tried various ropes over the years and thought I was happy with my existing brands. Needing some new ones I came across Valour Strike and for the price, I thought them worth a shot! I am stunned by how great they are. Easy to assemble and use within minutes and the combinations of weights for your workout is fantastic. The ability to change weights during the set is speedy and the handles are really well designed for comfort and sweat! It shows real attention to detail that these guys even give you some workout examples to get you started.If you are looking for high quality weighted ropes, look no further. These are them.

Been using these for a couple weeks now and they are great, I have used a few different types of ropes before but thought I’d try out a weighted rope and can say these are great once cut to size. They don’t tangle and have a good weight and feel to them and seem very durable, the handle is very comfortable.I think these would actually be good for beginners also as you get a good feel for the movement of the rope as I have definitely improved since using these, they have a removable weight in the handles and a small lighter rope also that comes in the box so are in general a good skipping rope if wanting a lightweight one too. would recommend.

À la réception de ce colis j’ai eu la mauvaise surprise de découvrir qu’il n’y avait qu’une corde à l’intérieur (la corde noire était absente).Après relecture de l’annonce tout porte à croire que les 2 cordes sont incluses.
