This is a fantastic swing trainer. Has balanced weight and grip. Good way to stretch or increase your swing speed. Yellow ball makes it easy to follow your swing path. Much much cheaper then a lot of them. Seems solid. One drawback is the counter weight in the handle tends to unscrew itself. Easy to screw in though. Very much recommend.

Only had it for a few days, but seems good so far. Good for tempo, flexibility and strength when swinging.

I liked the training aid and feel that it has certainly helped my timing, flexibility and is an excellent way to warm up and stretch before starting a round. I do not like the training grip that came with this unit, so i will be taking it to Golf Galaxy and finding a midsized grip to replace it. The training grip is small for me and I wear a Men's Cadet Medium glove.I have definitely noticed an improvement with my swing, as the path is now more inside and I find that I shallow the club more consistently. I am 67 and had laid off for many years due to life and some health issues, and now in retirement am getting back into the game. So far I am pleased with my progress using this Asyxstar trainer, but with the standard grip.

this trainer is awesome! teaches you the proper grip and trains your muscles to to make the full back swing and follow though. Has improved my game in one week

I've been looking for a quality swing trainer at an affordable price and this trainer has proven to be just that! It is very nicely made and the grip positioning shows me one part of my game that needs immense help. I swing this trainer every chance I get. I am extremely satisfied with this purchase.

Picked this trainer since it was somewhat cheaper and had a molded grip. I am still working on creating a more neutral grip and this lines up for that. The weight and flex is fine and hopefully will help with my tempo. Haven't been able to test that on the range or course since it's been too cold and snowy in our area.The main gripe I have is the grip size. I do not have large hands (no snide comments please) and wear a cadet size glove. However, this grip is still a bit small for me. If you have bigger hands I would choose another option. Otherwise it works just fine.

The heavy weight makes it ideal for warm up and practice a smooth tempo, but otherwise not a particularly useful swing training aide.
