258762 Triangular Primary Pencil with Eraser, Red (pack of 12)

I read in an article that my favorite chef on a certain network uses these pencils daily. If he says they are the best, I have to have them!I draw graphic art and cartoon characters. I love a large pencil because I have a tight grip. This one gets to a very fine point and is comfortable to hold.

We’ve been using these in our homeschool for 7 years. I tried switching to mechanical pencils when my children got older and they still prefer to write with these. They are easy to hold and sharpen well. We use an electric pencil sharpener everyday with them and they hold up very well.

Love these! Have used them for the last two or three years and I love using them in my classroom. They are not quite "fat" pencils but they are not thin either. They are in-between!!

As a homeschool teacher, I use a lot of pencils myself and these are my favorite. I bought some other pencils for the kids, because they are constantly losing theirs and these are a bit more expensive. I didn’t want to pay more for pencils that my kids were going to lose all over the place. It did not work. My kids are constantly taking my Tri-Rex pencils, because they are so much nicer than any other pencil. They are well made, just the right size and the lead is perfect. There is no point in bothering with any other type of pencil, because these are so nice to write with.

This is a wonderfully made wood pencil, with a triangular-shaped barrel. The lead core is very good and probable between an HB and B grade. Ideal size for small children as a first pencil, or for those that need to grip a larger diameter pencil. Made in the USA. Highly recommended. Good eraser as well. Compares with the Dixon 13082 Tri-Write large diameter pencil, but those are not made in the USA, if that matters to you...
