Comfortable and easy to assemble

This is a terrible combination the shampoo bowl is super nice but really big and the chair is really small an the foot rest only goes up halfway . I had to add the pillow in the back of this myself because when you sit back the shampoo bowl pokes your back because the chair leans back way too far,Even though the bowl adjusts when you lay back only your neck could be touching the bowl an your back would be 4 inches away from the back of the chair. very uncomfortable and strain on your neck. Would not buy this again!!!

The product as a whole is good quality and pretty comfortable for the client. But tbe foot rest doesn't go up all the way, so it just goes up at angle which makes ot uncomfortable if your over 5ft 4in

The chair arrived a week or two before the bowl. The package was missing alot of hardware (nuts, bolts and screws). I ended up hiring someone to put the chair together. What should have taken a few hours to complete, turned into 2 days of hunting parts. I would never buy this product again.

I'm so disappointed in the overall quality of the chair. The instructions consist of a picture book with no readable instructions at all. The chair is bowl heavy and partial board. The footrest is good for nothing; it can't hold up a child's legs, and it's tiny. The spray nozzle gets hair caught in it. It's surprisingly shallow. The hoses it came with were damaged. I sent an email to the company three weeks ago, and never heard anything back. I wasted so much time and money and I'm so disappointed. Please reconsider choosing another chair.

The tilting Bowl is a great feature but the supplied flex line and drain attachment had to be replaced with an US standard unit and a hard to find flex drain hose. If you are not an expert handy man you'll need one.

very difficult to assemble and came defective and I'm not getting it back!

The foot rest needs to go up more, over all a good shampoo set.
