It would have been great had it worked with the 2021 CX-5, but I’ll have to wait for a later version of the nav disk

UPDATE: I have had zero issues with this navigation. I did notice a newly (year and a half ago) built bypass in my town wasn’t pulling up on navigation. Not a big deal but it made me wonder if I could update the maps. I had zero hope it’d work bc I knew I would have to download the map from the Mazda site. Well IT UPDATED! I went to Mazda Navigation website and downloaded the toolbox to update maps. I have windows but they give you step by step how to download on Mac or Window. So that is another added bonus to buying this navigation!!ORIGINAL: So easy and works great. I have a 2018 cx5 grand touring. I don’t need navigation, especially for hundreds of dollars. When I saw this I figured $50 isn’t bad and I really only wanted it for the speed limits. I love rural so some cities go from 75 to 35 within a few feet. This little card works wonders.All you do is (while the car is NOT on) open middle console and put it in the sd drive slot on the side. Then turn your car on and amazingly it is that easy!!! There are different setting you can play around with. For example if you are speeding the speed limit number on the screen turns red. You don’t have to turn that feature on, but it is useful.I love that I didn’t need my husbands help, it is so easy.Don’t hesitate to buy!!!! If you put in the card and drive over 65miles then the sd card gets attached to your vin. If you hate the navigation make sure to remove it before you’ve driven 65 miles bc then your car is associated it.

I have a 2020 CX-5 and it works perfectly!!! I can’t believe the price is so low when the dealership wanted 350.00 for same thing?

My 2016 Mazda cx-5 had the original GPS card. With all the construction in my area, the old GPS card was way out dated. This one is perfect. I simply replaced the old one and had no issue.

Love this it worked so well with my Mazda CX-5. It's a very cool GPS u will love it. However the only cons of this item it's that it doesn't tell you how much time left in your trip it only tells u in mileage and the arrival time. The second con is that it's hard to put addresses like rest areas or things like this. You have to have a full address city, address and house number. If you write and address on rt 18 south for example it won't get you any results. However I use my phone for those kind of addresses. Overall I recommend this item. It helps alot when your phone is about to die and can't navigate or any other reason.

DO NOT ORDER!! Will keep displaying for a parental control pin, press Cancel, do not enter any number, Hacked my system and changes my music while I’m driving, Will stay change when a song comes on I don’t like, will change it back to previous station. Messes with my display.

This update of my Mazda 6 SD navigation map was at the lowest price and with the fastest delivery. It installed January 2020 version of the map update without any problem and was functional right away. In addition the package included 3 years of free navigation map update and two rain protection films for the rear view mirrors. I am completely happy with the purchase. Thanks!

I was very excited to get this to replace the original maps in my 2016 cx-5. The BHP166EZ1K version ending in "K" is supposed to be the 2019 map update. However, when I went to update the maps, it told me that I was outside of the 3 year update window. When I clicked on the map version, it was from 2017. Also, despite the label on the card saying it was the "K" update, when I performed the SD diagnostic through Mazda Toolbox, I noticed it was actually the 2018 or "J" version (BHP166EZ1J). However, it's STILL a year outdated as the latest map update was 2017 Q4. It also appears as if it may have been first used in 2017 (see red arrow in image - First GPS timestamp), hence the three year update window being closed.I gave it two stars because it does work and I want to believe that this error was an oversight, as they also sell the "J" version as well. However, I will be returning this to Amazon because I did not get what I paid for. If they reach out and make it right, I will update this review to acknowledge.
