Quick, well made.
This is intended to be a range holster, or "bump in the night" patrol holster. Comfortable, fits my Glock 43 well. Weapon won't fall out, it seems quite secure. The finger lock is instinctual for anyone with trigger discipline and is quick to learn.I really like this, and I would recommend it any civilian user.I'm not sure if I would want to use it if I were a leo. It might be too easy to grab.

Great holster and company!
This holster is amazing! Locks the pistol in place and does not move until you touch the release button, which is very easy and natural while drawing the gun. Very fast shipping. I am in law enforcement and will definitely order from this company again!

Very comfortable for husky guys
This holster was exactly what I needed. My pew pew fits great in there and it’s actually comfortable to wear. The holster also comes with an allen wrench.

Glock 43
This holster does fit my Glock 43, however as noted by previous reviewers the gun does rattle while walking. Not a deal breaker, but it shouldn't do that. The locking mechanism holds the gun well. The lock release does allow a quick draw from a holstered position. The rattle occurs at four different points, and I fixed it with a few layers of black electrical tape placed inside the holster at these points:1.) At the rear of the slide (left side).2.) At the rear of the slide (right side).3.) At the rear of the trigger guard (left side).4.) At the rear of the trigger guard (right side). One layer of tape did nothing. Two layers of tape at these points and I noticed the wobble inside the holster was less and so was the rattling. Another layer of tape and the rattle was completely gone. This did not interfere IN ANY WAY with the function of the holster, but it did eliminate the rattle and my Glock 43 fits better inside the holster. Now my holster is what it should have been.

Fits 43X, and what the Upgraded Version Is
This is specifically in reference to the Upgraded version, which I ordered the last one in stock. It absolutely fits The 43X, Also fits the 43X MOS.That said it will not fit the MOS if you have a red dot sight attached. Alos will not fir if you have anything on the rail. But It will Fit an 43X if it is straight out of the case.As far as what the "upgraded" version is, it seems they notched the top to give better clearance to the front sight when drawing.I have a sig romeo zero on my 43X and if holstered it pushes the slide back about a quarter of an inch.To be fair, no where in the description does it mention it accomidates optics.I was happy just to finally find a paddle holster with an index finger release that also fits the bigger front frame of the 43X.15 minutes of increasing the notch and it now clears the red dot.I'm used to having access to the angle adjustment from outside, with this one the allen wrench, provided, goes insid eto loosen th eadjustment screw. But the notched adjustment system is much more secure than the friction systems on many paddle holsters.

Great Value
Really impressed with the value of this holster. The workmanship is very good, and the process of adjusting the cant angle of the holster couldn't be any easier. No problem with the rattle noted in other reviews. Have only worn it a few times but I find it quite comfortable as well as easy to put on and take off. BTW - I use this for my Glock 43X.

Is fine on a *standard* 43x or 48, but...
If your Glock is standard, this is a good value holster. I used this holster successfully UNTIL I upgraded my sites to XS SIGHTS 3-Dot Tritium Night Sights. The XS front site is ever-so-slightly taller than the standard Glock site, and the holster's site channel does not accommodate a taller site. I have a G48 (same profile as the G43X, but just with a longer barrel). I pushed the gun all the way into the holster, but then couldn't pull it out because the front site was hanging up on the holster. With a 43X and the shorter barrel you might be able to pull the gun out but be aware that the front site will be scraping inside the site channel on the holster, which can't be a good thing. Note that I was able to take enough material out of the sight channel using a metal file, so I'm now able to use the holster successful. But just be aware.

Solid holster for my Glock 43X
This is my first outside the waist band holster used to open carry and this product has exceeded my expectations at all levels. I use a Glock 43X and the holster handles it very well and with ease. The release button functions well and is in a reasonable spot for easy access and use by the owner. I spent a day or two getting used to the holster before wearing it in public and I am very happy. I wouldn’t change anything.. it’s good to go.
