Unrated, Its A Great Soap Beveler
Despite the negative reviews I place my order because some people are going to complain no matter how good the product is so when ordering this product it arrived Not broken Not rusted and the blade is super sharp.. it had a protective film on it so for the people who say it came dirty and dusty is not dirty it has a protective film over it, once you peel away that film away the product is crystal clear now as far as the blade for the ones who said the blade is broke if you are trying to bevel already "cured" hard soap yes its gonna break its not made for that. It the blade does move just adjust it and continue your work. In my opinion don't pay attention to the bad reviews most people that has given negative reviews didnt know how to use this particular product. Example bevel hard soap it is a great soap bevel so go ahead and buy it.

Hardware not installed
When I got this the part the lines you run the soap through were unfinished. I had little acrylic “ fuzz” that should have been cleaned up. The hardware was uninstalled and virtually impossible to screw in ( and I had help! Couldn’t fit your hand in to screw the blade in. Terrible make. Won’t purchase again

Blade direction and install
I’m not sure why they would send product wo the blade attached,,,,and its at a very AWKWARD angle, after several attempts of trying to finagle the nut into the slot wo any luck, while holding the blade and the screw,,,I had to just walk away. And I’m not for sure which way the blade goes. Any tricks to get this blade installed?

do not purchase
The item was very well made however the gap between the blade was very wide causing a big chunk out of my soap. No matter where I placed the blade it still caused damage to my soap bars. If this flaw was corrected in the making I would consider purchasing again.

Poor Quality
This is very poorly made. The beveler was machine drilled and not sanded so the shavings did not make a smooth beveled edge. Being acrylic, the soap does not slide on the planer creating uneven surfaces. Recommend spending a little extra for a bamboo one.

As a very inexpensive option it is okay but if you are truly wanting a decent or good soap planer I would invest in a better one.

Cam broken and rusted
The media could not be loaded. This was the biggest mistake I can’t believe how expensive this was and I came rusted and broken. Listen to reviews. Bc I didn’t and thought I would get lucky with a good one but there all trash. Returning it forsure
