Just received today and was able to use it right out of the box. I was very pleased with its performance. Cleared off all my peach fuzz very effectively! My makeup went on so smoothly and my face felt great. I really like that it has more power than the Flawless Brand hair removal tool I had been using previously. I especially like that the Egant is rechargeable by using usb cord, thinking this is what gives it better power than the Flawless Brand one, which went through batteries like crazy. Also cleaning it was easy, just twist the top to remove and the hair comes right out. Happy to report that the top goes back on tightly and stays on. ( a frustrating problem I had with the other brand) Included is a small cleaning brush too.I would highly suggest this product seeing it worked so well straight out of the box. My face is very happy today 😊

It is pretty and easy to use. Instructions are kind of hard to read, the writing is too small. It does a good job but it gets a bit warm after a couple of minutes of use. NO, it isn't going to burn you. Anyway, for the price, it is pretty good.

I tried several tools for my upper lip and due to sensitive skin, I end up throwing them after 1 or 2 use. I purchased this product in hope in favoring my sensitive skin. It worked like magic on my skin. I have not seen any rashes after use. I used this for at least 5 times from my purchase and it never disappointed me. I strongly recommend this product. The another best thing about this is its design, lipstick size enables me to carry easily in anything.Love love love for this one.

Hair removal not good for close up removal of facial hair. It's rather rough on skin and not a smooth removal experience

This is perfect to remove the peach fuzz I have growing on my face! lol Makeup goes on a lot smoother without the fuzz! I love that you can charge it and not have to replace batteries. It is small enough to easily travel with! I love it and wish I had discovered it earlier!

The battery died. I charged it and then pulled it apart per instructions, which were difficult at best, the mechanisms were very hard to pull apart. When they did come apart the button to push to run the razor fell out in my hands. I put it all back together and still it won’t run. My husband looked at it and had the same results. I did buy two at the time I made my purchase with the intent to gift the second one. I have used the second one once but haven’t pulled it apart yet. We shall see what results I have with it. Hopefully just one lemon.

It is easy to clean and comes with a small brush that works very well. It is quiet and effective.

I don’t have thick facial hair and it still doesn’t make a difference. Kind of cheap. Don’t recommend.
