EpicureanChef Series Kitchen Utensil, 13.5 Inch, Natural

I have two other Epicurean utensils- a large serving spoon and flat slotted spoon- along with a silicone paddled spatula and cutting board. Have had them for the past fifteen years and they’re holding up wonderfully to almost daily use. This spoon is their higher grade pro quality and I anticipate it being even better. Great American made product!

I’ve tried a lot of different cooking utensils and this one is top-tier. Feels great in the hand and is easy to clean.

We have a couple of cutting boards from epicurean and they have given great service. When we saw this I knew I had to have it. I like it so much I ordered a second one, the scraper and two spoons. I hope they come out with more products.

It's nice and seems like good quality so far and works great.

Handle too thick and feels too heavy. The previous spatula I got 10 years ago was lighter and 1/4 thinner which makes it easy to hold and use. Now, they made these too thick.

I have about 7 epicurean utensils in my house. This one is perfect for browning meat in a large saute pan or a deep instant pot. The products are expensive but worth it as you will never have to replace them.

this utensil is not ambidextrous. this tool is right hand designed. the bevel is NOT symetrical; for some reason it is rounded on what would be the left hand face. shame, hefty and seems sturdy. not made for left handed chefs

I like this. It looks nice even after it comes out of the dishwasher and it doesn't scratch my pans. Pretty too, I think. Cuts into meat well. It's more expensive than what I normally would pay but it will last longer and for sure.
