After receiving these and not finding any mention of certification or standard on the package or in the box I am not confident in the least that these are made of 'FDA Approved Silica Gel'. Additionally, the product description is written with completely broken English which gives me further caution regarding the authenticity of this product. Buyer must educate themselves and do research instead of taking all these items at face value based on an Amazon description.

Got these yesterday, ran them through the dishwasher, and used them today. Overall I'm very glad I made this purchase.I got the rainbow version, and while there were a couple of water spots from the dishwasher, that's kinda what happens when you wash things. ;) If you're obsessed with the pinch test, these do not pass it. But they do work well, and I absolutely love that I'll be able to throw everything in the dishwasher now instead of having to wash it by hand and deal with wood/bamboo. It's also really nice to use a spoonula because you can get all the stuff from the pan easily. No more losing delicious sauces to the pan when you cook.As the pictures show, you get one slotted spoon and one regular spoon, as well as the spoonula. Obviously English is not the first language of the person who wrote the description, but don't let that deter you. The utensils are packaged nested, so you get a really wide ladle and a smaller than normal spaghetti utensil head. I like to use those to serve veggies (don't knock it 'till you've seen how they handle broccoli) and this one is so small it doesn't work well for that, but it will pick up spaghetti. The crock is designed to just hold them, so don't expect to be able to add anything to it.Bonus: they also make your dishwasher more cheerful.

This is a get what you paid for purchase. I don’t like that the product name is printed on every piece and seems to be the most durable part of the product. These stain easily with sauces, are rather small in size and came with an cheesy thick plastic counter display jar (I recycled). I like that they are completely silicone but wish they would have been more substantial in size and without writing on them. Will get me by until Homegoods and TJ Max get a better stock of Kitchen Aide products back in stock.

These are SO cute and so colorful and bright, they make me happy. I have no clue what people are talking about being not dishwasher safe.. I'm WAY too lazy to handwash these things so I threw them in the dishwasher and they came out just fine. Clean with no water spots. Maybe it depends where you live and what type of water you have? Northeast Ohio - hard water. But anyway, they're so sturdy and so cute and can withstand super high or low temperatures. Happy with my purchase! Amazon delivered them WAY later than promised - but that's on Amazon, not the product!

I’ve used these for a couple weeks now. Love that most are one piece. I’ve had cooking utensils that aren’t one piece that collect water inside the handles that drip out. That’s gross. These haven’t done that. I haven’t used the whisk or tongs yet that are multiple pieces put together. But they’re a pretty addition to my kitchen utensils.

So far so good! These utensils seem to be holding up well, the advertisement says they are dishwasher safe but the box contradicts that, as others have pointed out. I chose to take the plunge anyway. Needed these for the new pan set we purchased that required silicone or wood utensils instead of steel which can scratch the stone surface. They have been working great with this specific pan set. Not so well with cast iron. Everything’s been holding up well, even with the occasional dishwashing.They look nice on the counter, serve their purpose. Bought them because they were all silicone, not just the ends- to prevent breaking, water from staying in the handles, wood warping, etc. the tongs have metal but they seems to be holding up well for me compared to some others. The tongs aren’t rusting or losing their efficiency. My only complaint is that the spatula isn’t quite flat or wide enough for fried eggs. (Or possibly other fragile things that require flipping) But, that’s where being a clever cook comes into place I guess. I just won’t be making friend eggs on a cast iron griddle again with this spatula. Lol.I was nervous about staining since that was a complaint I read from a reviewer, however after making my harvest soup with a bright orange colored base, they seemed to do well at not absorbing the color or smell- however, in this specific event I washed them by hand and then tossed them in the dishwasher. I will say, that the cup that holds it all is unnecessary for me, It just went into the donation bin. All in all good product, I’ll update if anything starts to degrade.

I love this colorful set! Just about every utensil I can imagine needing in one handy tin on the counter. The utensils seem well made and sturdy, though we'll see how they hold up in the long run. I did need to take a couple of the smaller utensils out of the tin and store them in a drawer because the utensils fit a bit tight in there. I especially like the ladle - the front edge is flat, making it easy to get the last bit of broth out of a pot. For the price this set can't be beat!

I recently bought new non-stick pans so I decided to replace all of my non-stick utensils as well. This set did it in one fell swoop with spoons, spatulas, ladle, and whisk. Even a cup for counter storage.The weight was the first thing I noticed about these. They are heavier than I am accustomed with non-stick utensils. Not in an over-bearing way but noticeable and they feel sturdy. The feel is also soft to the touch at the same time.These clean up very easily by hand. I don't ever put my non-stick cookware or utensils in the dishwasher though I would feel safe doing so with this set. I haven't experienced any staining or discoloration even with cooking curry which will actually stain my counters if I am not careful.I recently left the tongs laying in the wok with the burner still on and they didn't melt so that was a relief. Yes I use them even in pans that aren't non-stick. In fact this is now my daily, all purpose use set for all of my cooking.

Never used items. I only washed once and they came out completely discolored. I have not had this issue with any of my other black silicone spatulas I purchased from other companies (I have a lot black spatulas I use heavily for cooking & baking and bought this set to match). Also, the material was flaking and rubbing away like it was pencil eraser... Definitely did not think this would be safe to use with my food. Applied for return right away.

Great quality product with easy to clean finish and heat resistant. As other people have mentioned they are smaller than typical serving sizes, but I think that is a positive. Very comfortable to hold. The moment I first tried these, I tossed out all of my old Dollarama utensils. A significant upgrade at a reasonable price.

It's a beautiful set of the.most used utensils but they are smaller versions so I had to keep some of old utensils.Another thing I made tomatoe soup and it stained the ladle. I was surprised at that as my other silicone previous utensils never stained.

I love the set. It's all silicone so it won't scratch my pots.They are slightly smaller than I would like them to be, but still very usable.The container that comes with them isn't worth it. I threw it out because it's so small and not pleasant to look at.Overall, I will be buying these again if I need another set!
