I was pleasantly surprised how well built and functional this chair is. The neutral gray mesh and fabric with the white frame provide a modern / contemporary aesthetic very compatible with my furniture. And the padded flip up arms and seat with lumbar support are very comfortable. I would recommend this chair to anyone looking for a sleek comfortable desk chair, and a good value.

The chair is of good quality for the price. It's very comfortable. It's a little tricky assembling the arms to the seat but not that difficult if you follow the instructions. I especially like that the arms fold up so that I can tuck the chair under my desk to save space.

I’ll start this off by saying I bought this chair as a temporary chair because my Herman Miller broke after 13 years of use.It’s decent. It’s comfortable but I do work remotely and also game, so 10 hours of work sitting and then trying to game is rough. Just after 30 minutes my lower back starts to mildly hurt, I think adding adjustable lumbar support would really improve this chair.Its not bad. It looks great and it’s mostly comfortable outside of the lumbar just being “ok”. I’m not sure why other people say the fabric is rough, mine is great. Honestly if it had adjustable lumbar, id pay an extra $50 and probably not save for another high end chair.I’ve owned a secret lab chair also, and it’s almost about that same quality in terms of comfort, and after tax those are $600, so again, this is a solid choice for under $200.

This chair was easy to put together using the instructions. It looks so cute in my home office and it's very comfortable. I would definitely recommend. It's a good deal for the price!

I really like this chair! The seat cushion is comfortable and the posture is ergonomically correct. You really can't beat the price either. I just ordered another one for my wife.

The media could not be loaded.  So comfortable office chair, i really like it, what i was looking for and looks really nice, I like the silver accent on the back and legs.I like that it adjustable you can lower and raise it with a lever available under the chair, you can also lower and raise the arm rest, this for me is perfect.There's a rocking function, this is great because I like to be moving while I'm seating if not my back hurts.The back support is amazing, my back doesn't hurt as much as with other chairs.It was easy to assemble, I did it by myself and in about 15 min. It comes with an instruction sheet easy to read and understand.I'm so glad I got this office chair, good value for the quality and design of this chair!!!

I am unable to, or the chair will not let me loosen the back tension so it is so rock straight and so uncomfortable. When I use the lever as instructed, all it does is raise and lower the height.I contacted CS and they walked me through the issue (me, It was me) It now works, but I think I still need to bring the back forward more, so still have to work out that kink. I did end up ordering a lumbar support pillow simply because the seat for me at least, is a little too far back,

Had this chair for a little over 2 months now.Bought it when I was setting up my home office.Was looking for something my cats couldn't really destroy and this was a great pick.Easy installation and very comfortable. I'm 5'7" and 120 lbs and this chair feels very spacious.
