Great for the price love the shoulder support. And as others stated the directions aren't very good.

Disappointed
I was pretty excited to get this once I ordered it. The price was good and it was supposed to arrive the next day. Well, that didn't happen until the day after. I took it in and spent 2+ hours assembling it. It doesn't balance properly even after adjusting it multiple times. The padded surfaces are barely padded and the backing is wrinkled. The quality may be down to the price, but there's more: the strap was not included! I searched the owner's manual and it didn't have a contact number on it at all. There were several invitations to email them. I got a terse response from them referring me to Amazon for a return. I didn't ask them for anything but the strap.I hardly want to spend all the time to disassemble and repack this to return it, but I really am dissatisfied.

Instructions make absolutely no sense
Really good quality and very sturdy, I weigh 283 and this holds my weight like it was nothing. Do not try to follow instructions they make no sense and don't tell you what parts you need where, Pictures are detailed enough to figure it out. Would've rated 5 stars if not for instructions.

Heigh label not attached
Ok I received it today..put it together an then found the height label in all the packing...where am I to put that on it..can't use this machine till I attach it...help...

Very comfortable with many options for angles.
Love using this for a couple minutes every day. Had some help with assembly but overall was easy to do with instructions. Very sturdy.

No bolts or directions to assemble in the box
I opened the box to assemble and noticed it did not come with any bolts or directions.

False advertising/ hard to pull yourself up
Advertisement states up to 350lbs but the instructions say only up to 300lbs. Minus 1 star.Also very hard to pull yourself up when your done. This is the third board I have owned and by far the hardest to get up when done. If you go full vertical its almost impossible to get up.. (you have to be strong) .. I believe it is a design flaw by having the center of gravity so low. Other boards are much easier. Minus 1 star.Besides those 2 facts its a decent product for the price. I like the extended foot clamp so you don't have to bend all the way down to latch it and I also like the heating pad option, which was the cheaper option but also took longer to ship.
