Damaged and not eligible for replacement?
The honey arrived but was leaking and the lid was bulging. After a bit of research, I didn't feel comfortable keeping it. I have spent the last 2 days trying to simply get it replaced but apparently I can't do that? It's just weird. Generally I like the product as I have gotten it elsewhere in the past but it's frustrating when I've lost a good bit of money considering the product should be easily replaceable.
