Hi this book was amazing and fun. Also it is from another Minecraft book 8- bit warrior it is the best it also is a graph novel for little kids because it has speck bubbles instead of sentences

I thought it was good it was but It needs more variety and a more complex system than villagers and humans kill mobs and no retaliation and learning morals

Was this approved by cube kid?I’m assuming it was with the dedications page. But going on a different plot line means some of the characters we care about the most aren’t going to appear.One word to show you: Breeze. Probably the coolest character and I highly doubt we will see her, if you are reading this please add her in book two or three.Good book though,Bye!!!!BRBasher

My 8 year old son loved this book! He has read the whole diary of an 8 bit warrior series. He can’t wait for the second one.

This book was fun to read with an interesting storyline. It’s easy to follow along and keeps you engaged. The graphics are colorful and bright. It is a good read for younger kids. Thank you to NetGalley, the author and publisher for the opportunity to review this ARC.

It is really funny when Runt finds out that Blurp is a Zombie! I recommend this book for readers 5 - 12 years old. It is a little sad but it is also kind of funny. I have read the first book but want to buy the next 3 books. When the 4th book comes out in May I am suggesting you buy it.

This book was sooooooo cool! (and weird) cuz Runt made friends with a zombie. Which that did NOT happen in the original Diary of an 8-Bit Warrior... But it is still cool!!! And if you think this is copying Cube Kid WRONG! just look right beside the last strip it tells you they DIDN'T copy Cube Kid and how did they make the illustrations and words. My FAVRIOTE PART of the book was when Runt, Glurp, and Maggie go to the nether and fight off blazes! IT WAS SO OP!!!! 'Diary of an 8-Bit Warrior Graphic Novel' by Pirate Sourcil with art by Odone and Jez is a graphic novel based on the hit series for younger readers.Runt lives in a Minecraft village, but he aspires to be a warrior, like Steve, the mythical Minecraft warrior. One day, he decides to leave the walls of his village with his wooden sword and chase his dream. Along the way, he makes some odd allies and ends up chasing after the ultimate game prize.I had a great time reading this graphic novel. I've read a couple of the books and the same humor is evident here. I loved Runt and his zombie bff trying to live large and not kill each other. The art is bright and colorful and young readers should get a big kick out of this.I received a review copy of this graphic novel from Andrews McMeel Publishing and NetGalley in exchange for an honest review. If you have a kid who doesn’t like to read, this will change their minds. It has minecraft and adventures and lots of funny bits.

My son has an older sister who likes anime and graphic novels and wanted his own. Being a fan of minecraft I thought he would like them. He'll sit and look through the pictures and understand the storey and we will read them through with him. Great buy for any minecraft fan.
