I’d give these less then a one star I bought these to go in my daughters mermaid room set them up plugged the cord in light flickers on and off wiggled the cord and they lite up just fine where on for about 20 minutes and died tried to open the box’s to put batteries in it and found out real fast why the cord wouldn’t work the pice that you hook the cord in to wasn’t soldered in right and there for the electrical current needed to power the lights wasn’t getting to the Bulbs them self so total waste of money (lighting wise) but they just hang sweetly in my daughters canopy bed and add to the decor now with no functional use other then to look pretty...

Very very Tiny!! I love the glow it gives my mantle but obviously you cannot see all the little shell and sea horse details because they are so small 😢. Also the lights were very tangled in the package. Very cute and I love all the different variations in lighting but man I wish the details and lights were bigger.

I love these lights, they ended up being the perfect size to put indoors across the wall for our kitchen, we have a beach theme going on for our kitchen and living room area. The little plastic shapes for the lights are so cute, I love them. My only complaint was that one of the plastic bits was missing from my particular string when it came so there's 1 exposed light, it wasn't a huge deal though so I didn't contact anyone about it.Remote is useful and fun add on as well!

Reading the other reviews, I was hesitant to order this item. When I received it I was really happy! I paid the same amount for a similar item at Walmart and this FAR surpasses that one. The remote control was an extra surprise bonus feature! AND, it's longer than the Walmart one and prettier! It did give me a laugh when I first opened the package because someone had said it was a little hard to unravel. It was -- but well worth the little bit of time to untangle. Don't hesitate to order this item. It's adorable. (And -- about what some others said about the size -- the shells are supposed to be small !!)

Lovely. Need to be very careful unpacking as the strand is very thin and delicate. It was the right length for my use. I would have hoped they were a little brighter for my mantel as it is shone from a distance but otherwise pleases.

Perfect for my Beach Palm Christmas Tree. The lights are small but bright they are LED type. The remote helps to with the kind of settings along with brightness.Although being LED lights the shell coverings cast a soft, warm but bright mood.Thinking of using them year-round because I like them so much.Down side; one of the strings were not packaged correctly and was difficult to unravel. The others were fine. Quility control needs to address that issue. This is what keep me from giving them 5 stars.

Added these lights around a display of shell christmas trees. They are beautiful. Wanted something small and delicate, these are perfect. I was able to hide the battery pack underneath the largest tree base and with the remote did not have to move tree to control the lights. Is a lovely part of a coastal christmas coffee table decoration.
