So thankful for this supplement in a liquid! Multiple types of ginseng *and* ashwagandha is hard to find.Its helped me whether a lot of issues and fatigue this year. Would recommend. Has a nutty flavor.

Tincture tastes good and works well for stress relief.

Don’t really know if I can tell much of a difference, but I’ve been taking it at least twice a day and I do have somewhat more energy throughout instead of being tired by 5 PM

I use this for my son who has Autism. I don't give him the full dropper but,maybe almost half a dropper. It seems like it helps his mood and I can tell alittle difference in his communication.
