Caused my gum to inflame, was painful for a few days. Think the charcoal got up between my tooth and gum and irritated it. I like the idea though but not been brave enough to try it again.

Nice product, it can get a bit messy in the bathroom, but the results are quite good despite the mess.I don't use it on a regular Basis, more as a "Treat Yo'self" moment, every 2 or 3 weeks or so.The teeth are a bit whiter, and haven't fallen off yet so it was worth every penny

Great product! Takes care of the worst stains very swiftly. More effective as stain remover than as tooth whitener, however. Also, I was missing instructions to tell me how often to use this charcoal. Is it hard on the enamel? Once a day or once a week? This should have been included with the product!

The charcoal does whiten teeth, but it's really messy...My advice is not to use it with an electric toothbrush, or wearing anything white! I spent 15 mins cleaning up after using it. It stains your tongue, gums and toothbrush, so you need a lot of extra rinsing.

Really messy to use and hasn't made any differnce. Asked my dentist about this type of product and she said don't bother.
