I am so disappointed. I bought this for my son's 10th birthday. He already has to deal with no birthday party, and now,not getting to play with his "big" present due the malfunction of this thing. I bought 2 of them.. one for my son, and one of another color for my daughter. They have the same birthday. Now she will have hers and he will not. So utterly heart breaking. Hers works fine as far as I can tell, but this one won't come on if it's not plugged in. I tried using the charger that came with my daughters, nothing. I tried "resetting" it. Nothing. I'm going to let him unwrap the box tomorrow so he can see that he got one before breaking the news that it DOESNT WORK and I'll be sending it back and he will have to wait for another one. I understand this happens sometimes, but this time it's going to completely ruin my son's already unfortunate birthday.

We have had nothing but problems and its our second one, i returned the first one thinking it might be a fluke and we have only had this one a few weeks and has already quit. Not sure what the problem is, first one stopped charging and this one charges, light is green but doesnt go. We got our new one before we had returned our first one which is a good thing because the charger for this one didnt work. I had to use the charger from the one we were sending back. The few good things i can say is it seemed to be quite fast compared to other hoverboards the neighbor kids have (of course, theirs are still running). Also, The customer service has been fantastic and we had no problems with returns or refunds! Wish the product was better, so bummed

Looks like great quality. Got it . Charged it all night . Didn’t charge . Messaged company . They just gave me a refund and didnt look into it any further . Will not suggest to anyone

I bought this for my son. It’s looks exactly like the picture. He loves it.Bluetooth works perfect. It’s loud too.Paint comes off really quickly if scratched.The one thing I am disappointed w/ are the wheels. I specifically bought this one because of the WHEELS. They suck, period. I even paid more than what they REGULARLY go for.

After charging the hover board for the very first time like instructed - no more than 6 hours - and having a full battery - my son was only able to ride this board for 45 minutes before it started flashing a dead battery light. That is absolutely unacceptable for a brand new product we have not even had for 24 hours.

Works great but charger didn’t work and haven’t had luck getting a replacement from the company. Warranty was purchased but didn’t cover the charger ... it’s unfortunate! We are lucky we bought 2, so at least we have one working charger.

Did not charge when you hop on it and ride it shuts off I would like to get another one I don't want the money back on the card I want another one the same color please
