ProcareStabilized Ankle Support - Medium

I sprained my ankle at work and my doctor gave me one of these for support. They are comfy and easy to use. Fits in my boots and shoes easily. I can even put a little more support on the outside of my ankle since they are both weak. The straps are adjusted to give extra pull in that area. I'm a big guy and need the help. Not getting any younger. Ugh! I will buy them again when they wear out. I hope they last quite a while. Best ankle support I've gotten in a long time.

Needed a 2nd ankle brace after surgery for a fractured ankle. This was the same brand my orthopedist gave me which is why I chose it. A bit of a pain to put on because there are long laces, then 2 side velcro straps that cross under the foot and a 3rd wide strap that secures around the top of the ankle but once you get the sequence, its no problem really. Good stability, comfortable enough to wear for hours. DId the job.

My guy is 6'8 and over 400 this helped him a ton after he was injured and tore ligaments in his foot and ankle and bought a second one anywhere from the work almost every day they have helped a ton. Lessened foot pain, and supported his ankle and heel.

Have a stress fracture and needed a brace to keep my ankle immobilized without a hard boot & this works. The sides are stiff (though if you did something major you could possibly bend the sides) and once you slip your foot into it you can only move your foot up & down a very small amount (it primarily keeps it at a 90 degree angle.) It takes a bit of time to put on & take off, & im not a fan of the laces as i feel the pressure isnt as even but it still does what is needed. It wont fit in a dress shoe but if you loosen your sneaker it fits just fine. Also i found the size a little odd, i am an 8.5 womens shoe size with wide ankles, my measurments put me right between a small & medium so i bought a medium: I have wide legs but still it is a little loose in the leg/shin area & around the heel (see photo), but the criss-crossing straps (straps A & B) barely reached. I started wearing a compression ace bandage underneath for added support & to reduce the loose space. Overall does what i need for a good price.

I have had to get 2 of these braces because of my right ankle. I messed it up really bad my senior year of high school(2017), bad enough I am suppose to wear an ankle brace as long as I play sports and I’ve only had to replace it once in that time spand, so worth the money!

Do not buy this! The measuring suggestion is not accurate. This was way too big! And, they will not allow exchanges. Nowhere is this indicated! Waste of money! Less than 1 star!

I have tried several different ankle braces and this one is over priced. Better braces out there at half the cost.
