Ok I got the mask today, setting it up is easy, and the booklet with instructions on how to work the controller is also easy.BUT this mask with the way the metal screw in pin cushions rest on my face is soo very painful and uncomfortable. It has left huge red indentations on my forehead and cheeks. I think I'm going to take them out and just hold the mask for the 15 minutes Im going to use it. But first I have to purchase protective eye goggles. Ladies you can try it , the mask works great , I need for my aging 63 year old complexion. But I MUST take those awful pins out first( they just push in and pull out.)Overall it's a good mask for the money.

I bought this one because it was the best price for the technology. Yes, it's not very comfortable. Yes, the micro-current pegs can leave indent impression marks after. Bottom line, it works. And for a fraction of the price.Just after one treatment I saw some improvement in skin tone. And after just two sessions I saw brightness improved in my skin. I use it for 30-45 minute sessions, on the highest settings as well as the setting that rotates through all the light colours/wavelengths.Suggestions- I took the chin peg out because my face is too narrow that with it in, the side micro current pegs dont touch my cheeks. I move it around every few minutes to change where the pegs touch. The indentations go away but I would suggest doing it at night so they leave while u sleep instead of the morning.

Got this during the Prime Day Event and sale price was extremely reasonable compared to others. Wasn't sure if I would like it so I didn't want to spend a bunch of money. I also didn't know if I would use the neck part but I thought I might as well go with it just in case for the price. I would have liked for the power cord to have been longer. I feel Like I am anchored close to the wall socket. I did get an extension cord to use with it for that reason. I have a handheld Light Device and have excellent results with it when I use it. I'm not good with consistent routines but I can definitely see a difference when a I use the light therapy. It's nice to sit back and relax with the mask on and not have to do all the work. I have noticed clearer skin tone and less oily skin. The user manual isn't very clear on the remote control functions. I basically just fumble around with the buttons till I get the setting I want. The only problem I have had with it is with the ultrasonic vibrations (metal Push in buttons). I put it on the lowest setting and it shocked me so hard that I had to take the mask off quickly. I put it back on lightly and tried to go through the buttons cause I thought I was on high but it shocked harder and harder. I couldn't take it. I keep wanting to try it but it's just too harsh for me. I actually thought it burnt my cheek but it was just a little red and it went away. The blue light worked very well on a small blemish I had. It cleared up really fast. This is a great intro Light mask for the price. I use the neck part can be used on other body parts such as arm and leg as long as your still. It may not be for everyone but priced reasonable enough to give it a try.

I like it,make sure to put some kind of vitamin C,retinol serum on after,face was dry next morning. Little uncomfortable so lay down and relax while you use it,,I did put my tanning googles on just for extra protection from light

No instructions come in the box or with the device. You have to look online to remember what each color does. The controller is confusing without the instructions because of the many options that is offered and you do not know what your suppose to do. Example the flicker setting. There is also no on and off button. You have to wait for the timer to go off but the controller lights will stay on unless you unplug it from the outlet. If you wear the strap fitted to the back of your head the mask weighs so much that it will hurt your forehead and the bridge of your nose. Your better off not using the strap and just laying the mask on your face. There is not enough room to wear safety goggles under the mask for eye protection so you must rely on the rubber eye padding that the mask has built in.

Uncomfortable but I feel like it is helping my skin so might be worth the slight discomfort

Pros: I love having the neck portion to this face mask, nice bright lights, lots of color choices, and nicely sized. Product packaged was nice, clean, and unused.Cons: very uncomfortable to wear. Made indention marks on face.

I used this to help put the finishing touches on a mechanical companion. She's still yet to grasp the tenderness of the human heart, but the LEDs make her look cool.
