Strathmore 400 Series Art Drawing Journal, 9"x12" Wire Bound, Cream, 50 Sheets

I've been searching everywhere trying to find a hard cover sketchbook of Strathmore's traditional cream drawing paper. This is the exact paper that is sold in the 400 series drawing pads, but bound in a beautiful sketchbook. There are 50 sheets/100 pages of non-perforated paper in this book. the pages take dry media beautifully, and with a light ink wash, there is no buckling or wrinkling whatsoever which is pretty impressive for drawing paper. Both covers are very hard and sturdy and have a nice, soft texture and an attractive brown color. It looks very classy with no markings on the covers at all. The 400 series drawing paper is my favorite paper to sketch on and I'm so glad they make this product! It's expensive, but if you really like the feel of drawing on this type of paper, it is so worth it to have it bound as a sketchbook instead of messing around with the perforated pads, where the sheets can tear off and the covers are flimsy. I bought 2 because they were exactly what I was looking for and I was scared they would be hard to find since there's no reviews and they're hidden in a little corner of amazon, lol.

My son really likes it but he wishes it was perforated.
