Not heavy enough to be effective.
This anchor looks nice but it’s entirely too light to hold anything. I tried it a couple of days ago on my kayak on shallow inshore flats. It would NOT hold my kayak and keep me from drifting. It weighs less than a pound and feels like a toy anchor. At one point when I got out of my kayak to wade fish in 1 ft of water, I put the anchor into the sand and stepped on it to secure it. Later I while fishing I looked back and saw my kayak drifting away. It simply won’t hold. I think that the only way this anchor is going to work is if you can get it wedged into some rocks.I rated it high on maneuverability because it does nothing to impede maneuvering.

It's tiny. Would maybe hold a SUP?
Way too small for a jetski or small boat.

Won't hold a kayak
The shipping weight on this anchor was 0.8lbs - including rope, bag and packaging. This is not the same anchor as other that you see on Amazon that are 3.5lbs, even though it looks similar. It might anchor a toy boat, but not a kayak.

So lightweight
This thing is ridiculously small and light. Wouldn't hold a kayak or even an SUP to anything. Might as well just use a regular piece of rope. Why didn't the seller list a weight??
