Really useful book
A friend recommended this book as my 3 year old was asking questions. It talked about death in an easy to understand way and handled the different questions little ones have. I've since gone on to recommend it to other friends.

My little one had a lot of questions about this topic and to be honest I didn't know what to try. No exaggeration, after buying this book the worry lifted for us both. I'm grateful I found this so it's easier to discuss a difficult topic without scaring her.

Answers the questions beautifully
My child asked me out of the blue about death: at such a young ageI was massively under prepared and didn't really know what to say. This straightforward, beautifully illustrated book really helped us navigate the trickier questions.

Great book to teach children about dying or help them cope with death
Very matter of fact, lift the flap book about death and dying. This books answers those blunt questions that kids ask, or are just thinking about, and really helped my daughter when a family friend died.

High quality book
This book is very blunt and to the point, which is what we were looking for. That is the approach we wanted to take with our daughter, but some was just a little over her head. Thankfully she is young enough, we were able to not read certain sections and she was none the wiser. The book is extremely high quality and the flaps felt quite secure.
