A Good Jacket
I like this jacket--the leather looks good, there are plenty of pockets without being too many, and the removable liner is pretty cool, though it doesn't seem to make a huge difference as to how warm the jacket is. The liner is held in by a zipper across the top and 4 buttons: 1 at each armpit and 1 at each liner pocket. They also include a replacement button or two, which isn't totally necessary since the buttons are just black buttons, you could probably use anything you like. After 2 months of regular wearing and storage (the instructions recommend hanging with a soft cloth over the jacket to keep the leather looking healthy, I just hang it in a closed closet), the leather looks as good as it did out of the box. 1 of the liner buttons has torn out, but this may have been my fault, and isn't a big deal--like I said, it comes with a replacement, and I have black buttons, so I just need to sew it in.In an effort to hit a few points that some descriptions across Amazon and their merchants sometimes miss (for example--is this a real leather jacket, or the shiny faux leather that some department stores pass off as real leather?), let me bullet a few things that I would find myself wondering:- This is a genuine leather jacket, not the fake plastic crap. Just in case you wanted to be sure.- I sized it like I'd size a shirt--a medium fits my 5'9" skinny frame pretty darn good.- To close at the front, it only zips, which is great--no funky flap over the zipper or an extra set of buttons or anything like that. The zipper seems sturdy--made of metal and doesn't feel like I can break it unless I really want to.- 2 liner pockets -- one is on the left at breast level, and is I guess standard depth for a pocket at that location. The other is on the right and quite a bit lower and shallower. Comfortably holds my cigarettes, would probably hold a phone as long as it's not too huge. The right-side one has velcro to help it shut. As mentioned above, there are buttons directly below each liner pocket that helps hold the removable liner to the inside of the jacket. Because this is an attachment point, I sometimes find myself shoving my hand between the removable liner and the inside of the jacket instead of into the pocket itself. Minor inconvenience but something to watch. Probably how I tore one of my liner buttons out, now that I'm thinking about it ...- The cuffs are adjustable--imagine buttoning the cuffs on a shirt, except there's an extra button a little further in that would tighten the cuff around your wrist. That's what this has, good for holding gloves in or just keeping your sleeves where you want them.- Finally, the same type of system used for the adjustable cuffs is employed for an adjustable midriff--straps at each side at approximately elbow-height wrap around the back of the jacket and can be snapped into one of two buttons to essentially pull in the midriff of the jacket.Bottom line--it's made of genuine leather, it fits, and it keeps me warm. If you're in the market, this is a good one for a good price.

This is real quality leather.
After many disappointing tries with other makes, this one is a winner. I am 5'8" weight 160 and the medium fit me great. The sleeves are a little long but with the snaps make it so it doesn't hang below wrist. The quality is great, Lighter than a Scott jacket but same quality at 1/4 of the price. The inner liner is very high quality with the ability to get into you inside vest pockets with liner attached. It has two snaps at waist if you need to make it tighter and two snaps at the bottom flap to make sitting easier. It does smell like leather but that's a good thing. Trust me I have tried on jackets from $600 to a $1,000 and this jacket is better. I got the dark brown which is awesome and there isn't a shine like other cheaper jackets. I would definitely recommend this jacket as it will last many years. This is the real deal.

Little big on me, but nice - especially for the money.
This is 100% genuine leather on the outside. I usually would need a small, but based on the prior reviews that it runs small, I went ahead and bought the Medium. To me it seems pretty consistent with other Medium jackets, maybe just slightly smaller. Hence, it is not a perfect fit for me, but it is good enough. If it fit just a little bit better, it would be wonderful.

Great quality leather, with a nice style
This is a great looking leather jacket, the brown color of the jacket is really dark (kind of dark coffee colored), such that it kind of looks more like black than brown, and thus goes well with a lot of wardrobe options. The jacket fits pretty nicely, just a tad large in the stomach/chest area, but luckily it has straps in the back to tighten it up a little. The leather of this jacket is nice an supple without being too lightweight, and doesn't tear easily. It has aged well over the year I have owned it. Another great thing about this jacket is that it has an inner liner that can be taken out for when the day isn't as cold. Jacket shipped in a nice a durable heavy duty cardboard box, which kept it from being damaged in transit. The Jacket itself was on a nice heavy plastic shaped hanger insider a light clear bag, and folded once to fit in the box. However, you could tell the jacket was hanging elsewhere until purchased because there were not creases on the jacket itself.

Outstanding Quality
This is an outstanding coat and a great value. The quality really stands out everywhere on this coat. I am 6 feet tall and 160 lbs and the medium fits beautifully. Sleeve length is perfect for me, with the end of the cuffs reaching mid-palm when my hands are by my side, or about where you'd expect a dress coat sleeve to hit. Although the fit is good without it, side straps tighten it a bit more for those like me without much of a belly. The pockets are cotton-lined and adequately sized. The zip out lining looks like it belongs on a coat twice this price and is surprisingly warm for not being very thick. I am a cold intolerant Floridian, but I wore the jacket for a four-day vacation in NYC with highs around 32 and, with a scarf and gloves, I was very comfortable. A quality feature of the lining is access to the inside coat pockets through nicely sewn and buttoned slits in the lining. The coat was delivered quickly and was very carefully packaged, which is another sign of a quality product.

Zip out liner had the stitching loose and raveled.
As you can see the stitching in the liner is loose and raveled. You’d think if you paid $300 for a jacket, the liner wouldn’t be messed up. Lesson learned, I won’t buy anything again, until I find out what the return policy is. One of the few, but I’m very disappointed with this purchase.
