Love this book. The cover photo thru the last, this book helped me to recapture the true spirit of winter....that feeling of freedom and joy that i felt as a kid when i used to hit the local pond or rink with my buddies for hours of pickup hockey fun. That's what we did as kids and it was awesome. As the years have added up, I for one, have distanced myself from that special time of exuberance that we all thought wouldn't end. Well, life has a way of putting that feeling on a shelf. This book is a great testament to the fact, out there, the spirit is still alive! The essence of winter fun is captured on each page with young and old, alike. Thanks, guys, for making this book a reality and for reminding me that the spirit of winter still exists and continues to wait for me to, once again, don the blades and re-join the ranks of the pond hockey faithful. Brilliant and inspiring!
