Anna & Calvin are GREAT!! I love their story! She's funny & sweet & just searching for her own key to happiness. She finds it in a little southern beach town, a bakery, friends, and LOVE. Calvin starts out a bit prickly, but his true colors shine through. He's affectionate, swoony, protective... All the things we love in an ARR hero! And of course we have Bane, the awesome doggy companion, Edie & the Golden Girls causing a bit of mayhem, Gus & Chrissie encouraging our current couple's HEA, and a mystery.Super fun, quick read w/ just the right amount of steam as well! 10+ stars!! : )

Another great read and a winning formula that never fails to draw the reader in.Anna’s our lead, she packed up her life in Chicago and broke things off with her fiancé knowing that she didn’t really love him or the life she had. She wasn’t happy and decided to take the chance of finding happiness in North Carolina.What she found was friends, and a place that felt like she belonged. Meeting Calvin the sexy detective wasn’t in her plans. But there’s something about him that she can’t resist.With the perfect amount of suspense, fun engaging characters and a steam factor that this author excels at and your invested until the end.

## Light, easy, fun romance with a bit of drama thrown in. Both hero and heroine were likeable. They were honest with each other and had great chemistry. Thank you to the author for not writing Calvin as a manslut. Man, that gets old. The only thing missing was a conflict between them. But sometimes I'm in the mood for low angst, insta love and that's when I'll re read this.

Holy WOW! Aurora Rose Reynolds most certainly left the best for last in the How to Catch an Alpha series! This book was full of heartache, suspense, and the alpha heat I have come to expect and love from this author! This book made me feel and I couldn't put it down. My eyes were drooping at 1:00 AM and I finally had to go to sleep. As soon as I could pick it back up today I completely finished it and it left me with a huge smile! This will be book that I will be rereading again!

Loved this whole series and wish there was more! I just never wanted it to end! Any Aurora Rose Reynolds book is a one-click purchase for me and I am never disappointed. I loved Calvin and Anna as much as I have loved every one of her characters. I want to go to South Carolina and visit them. I feel like I know them - like we’re friends. Sigh. Good book.

Another amazing book by an amazing author.From the moment I started reading I was hooked on Calvin and Anna. The way these two meet is hilarious and then there’s the golden girls that just add even more comedy to the story. There is some drama thrown in there too, so be ready for those twist. Don’t worry you won’t regret reading this story and you should probably read the other books in the series too, they are just as great.

Everyone should be able to find their happy - even if it is with a sexy alpha detective who may have compared you to a dog the first time he met you. Anna deserves to find her happy so she’s leaves her wealthy family and ex finance in Chicago for a studio apartment, a job in a bakery and a view of the ocean. They may not have had the best first meeting but they make up for it in spades.

Yet another great Alpha Male read by Aurora. Loved Anna & Calvin’s story. Their connection was off the charts. Anna’s past was always going to catch up with her and with a few murders in the area, detective Calvin was going to be busy! These stories are never long enough for me and I need more! As always, well written with a HEA.

I have been looking forward to Hooking Him all year! And it did not disappoint! My only critique is that I wish it was longer! I wanted more time with Calvin and Anna!However, I still loved every second of the book and wasn’t disappointed with Calvin i had been looking forward to his HEA ever since we met him in Catching Him with Leah and Tyler!I can’t wait for Until Talon now xx

Another brilliant book from Aurora, this was a bit more of a slow burner but with the usual wonderful side characters. I’d love to meet the golden girls but sure wouldn’t get in a car with them! Calvin’s parents sounded wonderful too. Highly recommended.

Sweet, funny and when an adorable dog added to the mix its always going to be good. I definitely got until November feels from this book with a sassy female and alpha male who meet when she is fairly new to town. Another ARR classic.

Great series of books love them all it's nice to cross over and see the others in the books together.
