I ordered this part because it says it fits my mk 4 golf. It doesn't. Instead I had to stick bubble gum on the gear stick for a better result. Bit on a plus note iam now using the gear knob on my pool table... 😂

Does not fit all vehicles. Check diameter of hole and thickness of gear stick before purchase.That being said, it is a lovely piece of kit and once 'modified' will enhance my vehicle no end. I will have to drill and bore out a larger hole, which shouldnt be a problem to even the lsee gifted DIY'er.

My classic camper has no threads on just a push fit so had to modify to fit but once I did this it was great and looks exactly how I wanted

Does not fit ALL manual transmissions
Looked for a retro gear knob for my retro car. Definitely not universal. Does not fit all manual transmissions. Can say it Definitely doesn't fit Peugeot 309. Safe to say this includes 205.
