Warning: this is an eyeglass NOSE PIECE repair kit, not an overall “eyeglass repair kit.” Don’t be a moron like me and order this kit if your lenses are falling out. Turns out, nose piece screws are even tinier than the lense screws. Three guesses why I learned that the day this product arrived, first two don’t count.Personally I have the tools I need. I bought this kit just for the screws. And at 46 this is the second pair of glasses I’ve needed a screw for so I don’t need 17000 screws. So I bought literally the cheapest package which I thought would contain the screws I needed.But I was so impressed by the quality of this kit I felt obligated to review.The package this comes in hasn’t fallen after being opened three times like I expected based on the price. In fact it feels like it will last quite a while. The crummy label stuck to the top of the box with the bar code and product name also tells you how to open it without a struggle so I would recommend actually reading it (unlike me.)The tweezers alone are worth the price. I own a pair of tweezers that are probably slightly better. They don’t get the job done any better than these tweezers but they cost me almost four times what I spent on this entire kit.The tiny screwdriver isn’t great quality but it’s close to something I’ve picked up from harbor freight.The glasses cleaning cloth is a handy touch since you WILL touch your lenses while replacing your nose pads.The included screws are only Phillips style. Anyone still making slotted screws should be shot.The best thing about this kit is probably the packaging. It’s secure which made me dread it opening with a pop and throwing nose pads and tiny screws everywhere but that isn’t a concern. The nose pads and screws are in a separate, does not open with a pop, container. On top of that the two sizes of screws each have their own tiny container. Ultimately this let me work without loosing any of these I possibly tiny screws. I wouldn’t hesitate to toss this into a backpack, purse(if I carried such a thing) or junk drawer.It also comes with the same little keychain combination Phillips and slot screwdriver all these kits seem to include. Possibly handy if you have chronic eyeglass screw issues.The nose pads are actually a big step up from what was originally found on my glasses. I had no intention of replacing them but after being impressed with this kit and feeling how soft they are I did.The only thing that would make this kit better would be if they included a jewelry loop so that you can actually see these impossibly tiny screws without your glasses on. But I can’t see how they could without turning it into a big mess like many of those kits which include a bunch of garbage you’ll never need or use.Now I have to choose a general kit so that I can get the lense screws I needed. Now I know which manufacturer to look for.

Quality item. Just what I needed. I have a pair of Maui Jim sunglasses that I love, but the nose pads are hard plastic and do not swivel at all making my nose sore after an hour of wearing them. I compared them to another pair of Ray-bans that are very comfortable for all day wear and realized the nose pads on the Ray-bans swivel and the plastic of softer. So I decided to order these and switch out the hard plastic nose pads on the Maui Jim's and I think this will do the trick. The tweezers are convenient, the screw drivers are helpful but I had one with a light on it that I used. They include extra screws as well. It is a good set to have around with everything you need. Also the cloth, use it to cover and protect your lenses. Trust me your screwdriver will slip and you don't want to scratch your lenses.

These looked just like the ones that came on my glasses when purchased. But I had two so far that the rubber came off the metal, If you ever find it when it falls to the floor they are easily put back on. Maybe a tiny drop of glue, if you can work with something this small would keep it from falling off. For the price they are ok.

Only issue I had was a couple pair of my glasses had bent nose pad holders. If it weren't for these, installation was pretty straight forward. These nose pads feel great and keep my glasses on my nose much better than the pads that came with my glasses.I highly recommend this kit.

Great little kit to repair and replace the nose pads on your glasses. Came exactly as described. The air cushion pads are very comfortable. It came with a lot of extra little screws and the tweezers are perfect for picking the tiny screws up and getting them into place. I love the extra silver tool that you can put on your keychain that has 2 different types of screw ends.Definitely a good value for your money! My glasses feel like new again.

The pads are the right type and fit ok. (So many of the other kits include an assortment of pads that don't match to anything I've seen.) They even included 2 extra pads without the metal insert. Unfortunately, they also added the long strand of hair in the pic. The little screws are handy to have because my old ones had some corrosion. The replacement ones are the proper threading, just a tiny bit longer than ideal. The tweezers work and they come together ok (as seen in the pic). The screwdriver also works, though one size smaller would be better. Overall though, these are an excellent value.

I just want to say that the product seems like it's good quality: the pads are pretty sturdy, feel soft & like they would be comfortable, & the tools it came with are pretty good too. Just too bad the pad didn't fit my glasses. The hole where it screws on to the nose piece on the frame is too small & the nose pad is too large. :( Too bad, I was so excited when I got them & now I have to find another or make an appointment with my optometrist to have them fixed. I'm glad they're a second pair!!
