It's very good for hot summers

I love this fan. It oscillates 360 degrees by its base and fan part both rotating. It moves the air so effectively that I only needed 1 window unit to cool 40’x25’ room. Quiet and great price. Only drawback is that it does not have a remote control or timer. However, it’s so quiet we just leave it on.

It was working fine, but didn’t move air as much as I thought it would. A year later the motor died. I did use it consistently everyday in the summer months, but I would think that it should at least last a couple more years.

We were very pleased with this fan. We haven't had it long enough to determine durability, but it seems well-built and sturdy. Our "new" old house doesn't have central A/C (yet!), and the master bedroom was way too warm. This fan, set on oscillate without the 360 setting, works perfectly from its perch on a high chest, aimed at the sleeping area. On the low setting, it's basically silent, with just the sound of the air moving. It's like sleeping with a light breeze, but not enough to give you a headache. The entire unit oscillates on a disc on the base. If you push the 360 button, the fan head silently turns like a gyroscope, slowly pointing up and down while going back and forth. I imagine in a small room it would recirculate the air really well, but we just wanted that quiet breeze. :) Note: the fan is packaged very well, but on the off chance that it's a gift, be aware that the outside of the box does say and show what's inside.

Second purchase of the same brand... these small fans are just brilliant. They are quieter than my tower fan for nighttime. They have 3 speeds, plus a rotation option, and even better, they have a tilting rotation option. This button option causes the fan head to rotate parallel to the ceiling and around, creating a TRUE whole room, air circulating fan.

I was hesitant to get this fan because of the cost but it really is worth it. Works great for a small office room, it's nice and quiet on settings 1 and 2, I would say 3 is a bit loud.... but most fans on high usually are. The 360 circular motion is pretty cool, everyone does a double take when they see it for the first time. It's only been a couple of weeks but I like it a lot and hope it lasts.

This is a nice and powerful fan, but I can’t get it to just go back and forth horizontally without making a circular movement so a good portion of the time it not blowing where I want it to.

It’s very quiet, and it moves air quite nicely; there was no remote control included, other then that I’m happy with my purchase and would recommend it to others
