Covers and pads came separately (together in package), so I had to put the covers on the pads. Pads were slightly bigger than covers so a tight fit.Didn't like that was charged 4 x p&p, when they all came together, seemed like a way of charging extra for the product.

All of the pads arrived 'outside' the actual covers and were not easy to put into said covers. One of the pads' stitching was impossible to open/close as was stitched to the label and the ties without possibly breaking the zip. In the end I had to cut the stitching to release zip and the label and ties fell off too!The stitching, therefore, was too close to three things: the zip, the label and the ties.

When I received the product I was pleasantly surprised as the material was good quality for the price and the stitching appeared to be good. However, after only 1 week, both ties of 1 cushion have pulled out. :-( I would have given this 4 stars but after this, I have to give it 2.

Perfect size and thickness for what we needed, a VERY disappointed that they discolour so quickly from being outside, especially as they are meant to be for garden furniture. These bright red ones are already now more of a faded pink and we only got them halfway through lockdown so not had too long..

Although marketed as waterproof, they are water resistant as described on the package. So they cannot be left outside. A good product delivered promptly, but not as described.

The pads and covers come separately, bit fiddly to get in. Seem ok not used yet. Think the postage was a bit excessive as they’re not heavy.

Very disappointed with this order, we ordered 6 cushions and all the stitching is to a dreadful standard where a blind man could of done better, 1 zip was broke and 1 tieback arrived broke. They catch you out with delivery as to get a refund you lose out on about £13 for 6 cushions! Will not use again! Please stay away

I sent them back because they were too big for my cushions, so can't comment.
