I can't get it to work and the support I paid for doesn't know how it works either.
Apparently I need a SIM card, but the techs can't tell me what to buy. The original listing (that now shows an entirely different watch) showed big, easy to read functions. This now has white graphics on light colors and you can't read it, but it doesn't look anything like the listing. The support tech said to download an app to get the features, but the listing specifically says not to use it. So it's useless, and not even heavy enough to use as a paperweight.

very disappointed
i disliked everything about the product. i was going to use it for work and everyday personal use. the item looks nothing like the one i got plus it is not water resisitant at all. i got caught in a pooring rain not thinking about anything but getting to a dry location. After finally getting home and getting into some dry clothes and taking my watch off, i realized the watch was not working. i opened the back of the watch wondering if the battery was positioned correctly. Before my eyes even noticed the battery i noticed how wet it was inside of it. Not only did the watch get wet but my new sd memory was ruined. the sd card did not even come with the watch. I am totally disappointed and would like a refund or another watch that fits the decription of the one i ordered.

DOES NOT COME WITH SD CARD ,AND YOU WILL NEED ONE TO USE ALL THE FUNCTIONS
The watch it self is great , however I thought since in the picture it shows a SD card that it would come with one, and it didn't. I have only owned a fitbit versa lite. And it didn't need a SD card to be able to text, take pics( which the fitbit i had didnt have a camera. But I can't use anything but talk , and time and date without a SD Card ... If i would have known that it takes a SD card i wouldn't of purchased it.

software virus
when trying to install the requested App on my phone (SimValley Smart watch App) in order to connect my phone (Galaxy Note 8) to the watch, the phone gives a warning message that the App may contain harmful viruses..

This product was a gift for my son. It only functions as a watch. Poor quality and big disappointment.

Not the best
Deffinently not at all high quality. The qr scanner does not work and neither does the app. I suppose it isnt bad for the price but I wish there was a better apple watch dupe for Android.

Do Not waste your money
JUNK...Charged it over night and would not even turn on. Amazon asked if I wanted them to send me another to replace. I took the refund. A piece of Junk is a piece of Junk.Do not waste your money on this watchI had to give it 1 star but it should be no stars
