The instructions were good. Tested all the various DC voltages with my DC voltmeter and were as expected. 100 percent.I plan to use it to power a 12 DC volt electric drill. Tremendous! The drill spun like crazy, and appears to have a lot torque. I need it to complete the installation of five tuning pets for my long neck open back 5-string banjo. I used to use a Dremel drill but misplaced it. Bad part is that the AC Adapter has to be attacked and plugged into a standard 120 volt A/C home power supply (wall socket).

I works as it should and doesn't make any high pitched tones like one reviewer's seemed to have. The only issue I have with this is that the USB power isn't constant power, it has to be selected from the settings. I would've gave 5 stars had I been able to charge my phone while using this to power something else. If I had paid $30 like Best Buy wants for it I would've returned but because I found it for $9 here on Amazon I'll keep it and deal with the inconvenience

Wish I had this a l long time ago to use in electronics that consume a lot of batteries such as our label maker. I no longer need to keep buying batteries as long as i can put up with the cord.

This was a great product for a reasonable price. we had a new older TV that was in storage for a long time and for some reason unknown to us the power cord was missing. Well this insignia cord did the trick and the TV works like a charm. Thankfully, for the five different size attachments, I'm sure everyone has experienced frustrations over the prong size. I definitely, would recommend this product for any Insignia TV.
