A year on and strong
I love this sleep system. It’s kept me warm down to minus 10 F (coldest I’ve seen since getting said system)

Works for any weather
We live in cold country in the mountains. This sleeping bag has lots of options depending on the temperature. It is a heavy bag not meant for backpacking. We keep one of these bags for each person in our vehicle. Also air mattress and air pillow, water and some snacks. Many people die every year by not having a way to keep warm when stuck in their vehicle. The recent storms in Buffalo NY had several people frozen to death in their vehicles.

Really good so far, bivy is a no go
So far I'm really happy with this sleep system. The colors make it easy to remember which layer is the patrol sack and which is the intermediate. The system is surprisingly light and the bivy is larger than expected. The only thing I would really change is to have some buttons connecting the layers so they don't get all twisted up. I tend to move in my sleep a LOT so this system is better for either my mom or boyfriend.I didn't find any tears or stains and the compression sacs are really easy to use. I haven't used the system outdoors yet, but when I do I'll definitely update my review.Update: So I tried the full system for some backyard camping. I was cozy and warm for the entire night and the temperature went down to about 30F. I am a cold sleeper and the full system was perfect.Except for the bivy. When I woke up, the entire inside of the bivy was covered in condensation. The sleeping bags are water resistant so no water actually went into the insulation, but there was so much water lining the inside of the bivy. I didn't have my head under the bivy either. I folded the top part that would typically cover the face downward since I was under a tarp. So I know the water isn't from my nightly breathing. The sleeping bags themselves are great, only the bivy that came out unusable.

Very good sleeping bag.
I have experienced that it will keep you warm even in single digit temperatures. It also comes with a water proof covering that fits over two bags that form a double layer.

Great for cold weather, not for rain
This bag set was great during my backpacking trip in Arizona. Temps dropped down to 37°F and it wasn’t that noticeable. The bivysac is the only real complaint I have. The head of the bivy is held fairly loosely by velcro and doesn’t fully secure. It also tends to accumulate a lot of moisture which needs to be dried before climbing back into it the next night. That being said, I would recommend a usmc issue bivy to go along with the bags since it features a full zip, waterproofed, ripstop bag with a face vent that zips for mesh or full exposure. The whole setup packs away nicely and the oversized stuff sack cinches down nicely.

Would definitely recommend
I took 2 of these on a hunting trip to Idaho. They were great. I even moved out of the main 12x12 tent and into the vestibule where there was little heat from the wood stove. My grand daughter used 1 and I used the other. I hate sleeping bags normally because of the impossible ability to get comfortable. I am 6' tall and 240.Plenty of roomZippers worked great and it was easy to get in and zip all 3 layers easily. Same getting out.My only knock on the product is there was condensation between the outside cover and the middle bag. It only seemed to happen after moving into vestibule so I'm not sure if it was coming from my body or the fact it was 20 degrees outside and I had heat flowing out of the tent to the vestibule (condensation) just not sureAll in all a great bag

Does not fit someone 6’-6” tall
At 6’-6” tall it’s hard to find anything that fits, so I was excited when I saw how long this set up was. But after getting it i found I don’t fit. The bivy didn’t cover your whole body either and for the rain and snow of the northwest, this just isn’t going to work.

Good deal.
Needs a full zipper around the top of the bivy bag to keep out critters. Otherwise great deal for $!
