Love this item, really good quality and performance and fantastic customer service received when i had a query i needed resolving with the warranty when i contacted them.

I’ve had low back pain for many years with tight glutes and degenerative discs to blame. As soon as it arrived I had a go and within 10 mins I was pain free. No more expensive sport massages. Let’s see if I can get my socks on ok in the morning without the moaning and groans !

Great massage gun, with different speeds. It is hard to do your back yourself but if you have a friend to help you it is great. Releases the sore muscles and helps to reduce lactic acid after workouts. Still going strong even after a couple of years use.

Didn't last. Bought Nov 2023. Died end of 2024. RIP.

Had this product for just over a year and was satisfied / happy with it on the few occasions I or my wife used it for running injuries. HOWEVER, I took it out to use it recently and the handle came away from the main body. After contacting Customer Service and a lot of back and forth with what was obviously AI generated responses it became apparent that I was out of Warranty (just) and they were not prepared to do the decent thing. Taking things into my own hands I dismantled the item, finding the four broken plastic screw bosses as mentioned by another reviewer, replaced the existing screws with longer ones to get a grip. Now back in use (for a while anyway)! Basically, I do think this is a good product but with a major design flaw. The screw bosses that are supposed to secure the handle to the main body are just not strong enough to withstand the forces generated by the vibratory nature of the product over a relatively short period of use!

Love this, it really gets to knots in your muscles. The speed control is great, means I can adjust depending on the area.
