MI books are all well written and informative and this one is no exception.

add for this product said that this product would come with a CD no CD came with book HAL LEONARD is not sending any CDs or DVDs instead they just offer audio access so they are being dishonest they should state that there is no CD instead of claiming there is.

Guitar exercises. They're good exercises but ... you actually have to do them every day. How do you get to Carnegie Hall? Practice. No book will turn you into Van Halen unless you do the homework.

One of the few books that actually shows you the stuff you wanna learn and hear!!

Save your money, speed mechanics is infinitely more informative and beneficial. This is marketed as a "play like your favorite guitar player" but the licks are pretty uninspiring, the information generic, and format is dry. The fingerings are kind of odd to me but that is a personal matter, Greg himself is an awesome player but this book just seems ok but not great.

No way... this book/audio is for advanced player! Don't get me wrong the content and quality is great. However, this not for a beginner/intermediate as you have to already be able to play at certain level.
