These drops are good for dry eye. It almost feels like a sponge to hold water in your eyes when you put them in. They work!

I have tried numerous products for my dry eyes, this product works the best.

Most eye drop bottles last a month. Not this one.The bottle is too large to carry in a purse or to travel.It's difficult to use without a mirror.It comes out in a stream sometimes, other times as a drop.Therefore, trying to use one drop per eye three times a day, it will only last two weeks.I don't see why this company doesn't just use the small drop bottles like hydrasense drops.It would make more sense.

Love the ease of use. For dry itchy eyes these drops feel so good in your eyes and provide instant relief.

The drops are nice, the bottle with the pump nozzle is beyond annoying. Who was the architect of this and why?

I've been seeing a special dry eye Ophthalmologist for several years. On my last visit she recommended these drops as maintainence for my chronic dry eyes. I've tried a LOT of different types of drops, and most have a rebound effect on me, where my eyes feel dryer and itcher an hour after applying. Up until now, the very expensive FreshKote drops had been my go-to treatment; but even thoes had an uncomfortable sting associated. These Hylo Forte drops and amazing! The only drop that leaves my eyes soothed and pain free. It literally feels like my own tears and best of all, no rebound dryness. I've been using the Hylo in combination with the Freshkote for reletive eye comfort all day long.

I questioned the comments about unsealed packaging, but mine arrived in sealed also. There was no over wrap on the box, the thin tape seal was broken, and there was no seal over the dispensing tip. With unsafe eye drops and contaminated products in the news, I am being cautious and not using these. I did send an email to the manufacturer about this. Germany may have different rules on tamper proof packaging.

Producto bastante bueno si como en mi caso, tienes bastante sequedad ocular. Hidrata, refresca y limpia los ojos. Se puede usar sin problemas las veces q necesites ya q no lleva conservantes, por lo es bastante útil.

I need these eye drops before go to bed and sometimes in the mornings. It does glue up the eyelashes a bit in the mornings so I use and eye bath to clean up my eyes. Its better than rubbing them with a cloth. These eye drops only last 6 months so I put the date on the bottle of the day I opened it. I need to use this stuff all the time so anyone that has a dry eye problem, I would recommend.
