Arrived very well and mindfully packaged and in very good condition for it's long journey. I love my harmonium and play it every day as part of my personal chanting practice. Highly recommended. <3

I am EXTREMELY disappointed. I spent top dollar on this top-of-the-line harmonium, and unfortunately what was shipped to me is a BADLY USED harmonium that is in very bad condition and clearly has been used for a long time before it was sent to me. I obviously purchased a brand new harmonium, but they sent me an old, used one that is in terrible condition. It arrived with visible chips, scratches and scrapes all around the exterior, but what is worse is that the bellows barely open, making it VERY difficult to play and rendering the sustain VERY low. I have to "pump" the bellows frantically to get any sound out of it. The keys often get stuck, which obviously shouldn't occur for a brand new harmonium.Some people say that when a harmonium is shipped all the way from India, it could take a little time for the oxygen to restore to the bellows or for it to sound perfect, so I waited several weeks before submitting this review -- just in case. It has not gotten any better whatsoever. I feel very deceived by this company, and would HIGHLY recommend not ordering from them directly. I paid for a top-notch, brand new harmonium that plays effortlessly and beautifully, and I received a previously-used, physically damaged harmonium that doesn't play well at all. A true bait-and-switch.I tend to never complain about products, and see the good in everything. In fact, I have NEVER submitted a single "negative" review on Amazon, Yelp or any other site. I just don't like to spend my time focusing on the negative, or complaining about things. I usually find whatever I experience to have positive components, and that's what I focus on. But this is an exception: I was sent a terribly defective and damaged harmonium and I paid full-price for it. BEWARE of this company. I would never order anything from them again. A great harmonium with such a rich sound and consistency. Had some ringing notes but was fixed very easily, very happy with my purchase.

I bought my Bina 23B harmonium elsewhere, but would like to comment on the insturment in general. It has a beautiful rich sound.I very seldom use the drones, as most of the songs I play are not in those keys, but you do have the option to create different tones by adjusting the different stops so that is a nice feature. I play mine every day and would not be without it!
