Allegra KWomen's Notched Lapel Elastic Waist Pocket A-Line Safari Shirt Dress

This dress was to have been my "go to" this spring (in hopes that some places to "go to" open up!) but neither the color nor fit worked for me. The rayon fabric provides a classy look, while the design works for casual events. Rayon does wrinkle, so it might not be the best travel or backpack choice. The burgundy(a favorite color for me) is closer to a wine color; i.e. is not a cool tone but warm and works better on a redhead or many blonds with warm skin tones. The waist hit me in an awkward place, neither empire nor standard. At 5'5", 175, I am high waisted but have long legs--the skirt just touched my knees (my pant length is usually 32"). I purchased a size L and it was ampIe for 36DD/38D. I did return it however. Hope this helps.

I think the loose fit might look better on someone with a flatter chest but I do like how this fits on me. The chest area is sewn closed so it can’t gape and fits loosely. Also, my upper arms are usually too big for sleeves in my size, but the armholes on this dress are plenty big. I normally wear between a large and extra large, I bought the large. I might’ve gotten away with wearing a medium but the fabric might’ve been too tight in the chest area and it doesn’t have much stretch. This dress definitely should be worn with a belt, but I figured I would need to when purchasing. I’m happy with this dress overall, I got it to wear to a camp themed baby shower.

Amazon recommended a size XSmall, even though I usually wear S/M. It fits perfectly! I will add a belt but I was surprised at how much I like it. Soft material, good fit, perfect for our family Zoo costume theme

Very cute vintage vibe, and nice thick rayon material. Runs a teeny big large. Designed to fit loose, I guess. Bought the medium. Needs a belt to cover the elastic waistband
